Once you’ve finished browsing, head to your shopping bag to review your selections. When you’re ready, proceed to Checkout.

If you’re a new customer, you’ll be prompted to enter your details to complete your purchase. Returning customers can log in using their email and password for a faster checkout experience.

Next, follow the prompts to confirm your delivery address, payment details, and billing address (if different). Your order will be carefully processed, packed with love, and delivered to your doorstep.

If an item you have ordered is unavailable at the time of dispatch, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You will be informed that we are unable to ship the item as expected.

If the item is currently being made or can be made to order, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and give you the choice to either wait for the item to be completed or receive a full refund for that item.

Many of the pieces at Mona’s Fashion House are designed as free-size, unstructured silhouettes that offer a graceful fit across a range of body types. These garments have been carefully developed through extensive fittings on women of all shapes and sizes to ensure comfort and elegance.

When you see “One Size – Fits AUS 8–14” on a dress, it means the piece is thoughtfully crafted to fit standard Australian sizes 8, 10, 12, and 14. The inclusion of elasticised waists and adjustable belt features allows for a flattering fit and refined proportions.

These designs are not form-fitting or bodycon styles; instead, they feature intelligent draping and considered cuts that enhance the natural beauty of every silhouette. Each dress is created to offer ease, movement, and confidence — no matter your shape.

Alterations are tailored to each individual client and garment, and therefore are not included in the purchase price. Any alterations are offered at an additional cost.

Alterations can only be arranged by appointment at our Melbourne studio, and are exclusively available for gowns from the Mona’s Fashion House collection.

For bridal party orders, we highly recommend placing all dress orders together. This ensures that each gown is cut from the same batch of fabric, guaranteeing consistency in both colour and fit across the entire party.

As fabric dye lots may vary slightly between production runs, ordering separately may result in subtle differences in shade. To maintain a perfectly matched look, please place all orders on the same day and include the bride’s name in the order notes. This helps us identify that the garments are part of the same bridal party and process them accordingly.
